Andy has a lifetime of interest in electronics, which started by taking many things apart as a child! This progressed to building equipment from scratch, an electrical apprenticeship and a BTEC electronics course.
He is a full member of the Institute of Sound and Communications Engineers (MInstSCE), the professional sound and lighting association (PLASA) and an Associate of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA).

Upon leaving he qualified for a BTEC in Electronics and joined a small specialist firm designing and building bespoke electronics. Subsequently he worked for a fire alarm company, building, testing and commissioning fire alarm panels and systems, rising to become their I.T. Matt helps to lead a small church with his wife and three children. He enjoys walking and cycling with the family dog Wilson.
Iain’s interest in professional audio started as a teenager when much of his spare time was spent recording bands or working the mixing desk during live performances. This interest continued at university where he ran the live music society and could often be found behind the mixing desk when not performing at ‘open mic’. Following a First-class Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Iain studied for a PhD in Electronics and Computer Science and further developed his interest in electronics and embedded systems while learning the practicalities that are needed to develop and deploy reliable prototypes.
In his spare time he can often be found under the bonnet of a classic Volvo, walking his dog Mungo or tidying up after his young daughter.
